A hidden gem in Jacksonville’s Empire Point neighborhood. This beauty was full of potential that just needed a little map to showcase the possibilities. This stage focused on defining two extraordinarily oversized spaces: main living area and dining room.

Coastal Jacksonville Townhome Stage
A newer-build townhome in the Intracoastal Waterway area of Jacksonville. Townhomes often struggle with limited natural light and an open-concept floor plan that can lead to more questions than answers for potential buyers. This one needed to define the living, dining, entry and kitchen spaces as well as the primary bedroom to showcase true scale.
The result? After being on the market almost two weeks, this one had it’s first showing booked within 2 days of staging install.
